Fish Pepper Fry Recipe

Fish pepper fry is a spicy and flavored fish using black pepper powder as a main ingredients with other spices. Both of these recipes are tasty as well as easy to prepare. This is so easy to make, just few ingredient to put together and finally you get a plate of tasty fried fish.

INGREDIENTS
Fish-500grams
Coconut Oil-2 Tbsp
Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp
Turmeric Powder-½ Tsp
Cumin seed powder- 2 Tsp
Black Pepper Powder-2 Tsp
Salt as required

METHOD
1.Into a wide flat plate add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin seed paste powder, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste and salt as required.

2. Add two tablespoon of water and mix it with a hand/ spoon.



3. Coat the fish pieces well with masalas and marinate for 20-30 minutes.


4. Heat a pan add 2 tablespoon of coconut oil. Once the oil is hot place chicken pieces on the pan. Fry until crisp and golden brown on one side.
5. Flip it carefully and cook on the other side until it turn into crisp and golden brown.


6. Remove the fried fishes from the pan and serve hot.

7. Delicious fish pepper fry is ready enjoy it with cooked rice.

Tips
1. Make sure to place the fish once the oil is hot, otherwise your fish will stick on the pan/tawa
2. Cook the fish on a medium flame to avoid burning on the edges.
3. Flip carefully do no not break the fish.
4. Add some fresh curry leaves on the top of the frying fish to get more aroma.
